Where's My Order?

Thanks for shopping with Fuaark. Use the steps below to check the status of your order at any time.

Step 1 — Check Your Confirmation Email

When your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel with the carrier.

Step 2 — Use Your Order Status Page

Every Fuaark order has a dedicated order status page. You can access it by clicking the "View your order" link in any of your order emails. This page shows real-time fulfilment and shipping updates.

Step 3 — Track With the Carrier

Once your tracking number is active, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

Fulfilment Timeframes

Our gear is produced in-house to ensure premium quality. Current fulfilment times are typically 7–14 business days from order date before dispatch. Shipping time is additional to this.
