Shipping Within New Zealand:
- Orders placed within New Zealand will be delivered within 24 hours.
- Preorders Will Take 10-14 Days to Deliver In NZ/AU
- We use NZ Post as our trusted shipping partner to deliver your orders promptly.
- Every Single order will receive tracking Number. Our goal is to make delivery process as easy as we can.
Shipping Method:
- For all orders, we utilize NZ Post- Fast Service to ensure safe and reliable shipping to your location.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed during working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from NZ Post to track your shipment.
International Orders:
- Shipping Process:
  We process and ship Australian orders within 1–2 business days and provide a tracking number at the same time. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days to reach your address.
- No Refund, Returns or Exchanges: Please note that international orders are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these orders.
