Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@fuaark.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 23F Camp Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, 1060

If your return is accepted, you will need to Pack products nicely and send it to Address mentioned above. 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted at your own cost unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be credited only to your FuaarkNZ acoount and can not be issued via other payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your FuaarkNZ account within 2-3 business days. 


If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fuaark.nz

  1. Exchanges and Returns:

    • You may return or exchange your product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted at your own cost unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
  2. Product Condition:

    • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Damaged or Faulty Products:

    • If the product you received is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will provide an exchange and return shipping will be covered by us.
  4. Choosing the Correct Size:

    • Please ensure that you carefully choose the right product and size before purchasing. We provide size guides and detailed product descriptions to assist you in making the best choice.
    • If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.
  5. International Orders: 

    • No Refund, Returns or Exchanges: Please note that international orders are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these orders.
